About the Festival:
The Manitoba Association for Rights and Liberties is please to introduce the 2nd annual "March 21st: Human Rights Film Festival"! This festival was developed in 2010 to increase public awareness of the work needed for the elimination of social inequality and racial discrimination. It highlights March 21 the Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, and showcases a film selection that addresses human rights issues. The festival is open to the public and all of the events are free. We invite everyone to attend, discuss and get connected with others in our community.
