Manitoba Musicians are finally in the money.
Two levels of governments plan to spend dollars to record and promote local music. This is great news for Winnipeg musicians who have been struggling for years. Hopefully the money will be well spend across race, culture, genre and sex. We need to see some diversity in allocation.
