I'm tired of seeing people spitting all over the concrete that just sits up there looking awful and spreading germs. It's not like spitting in the bushes or on earth where it quickly dissolves. There appears to be little respect for decency. I find boys spit way more than girls and I wonder why. Women usually spit more often when they are pregnant, what's the boy's excuse for spitting so much.
Al;so when people have nasty colds they hack up yellow stuff on the concrete. This should be taken care of now and spittoons might be the answer. What do you say about that brilliant idea?
