Rupert’s Land Wechetowin Incorporated (RLWI) was established by the Rupert’s Land Aboriginal Circle (RLAC), in the spring of 2006. It is meant to assist the Aboriginal community in urban centers with healing, reconciliation, advocacy, and self-determination.
